Requirements

To be eligible for inclusion on the HKIE Panel of Adjudicators, the applicant shall be required to:

• be a HKIE Corporate Member of good standing; and
• have working experience of at least 10 years in administration, management, supervision of construction contracts in Hong Kong or in dispute resolution relating to construction contracts in Hong Kong; and
• have successfully completed a recognised Adjudication Training Course and passed the written examination, or equivalent.

(Remarks: Members who have high command of respect in the industry and/or the society and/or with judicial qualities may be invited for inclusion on the Panel.)
